We are pleased to be able to announce the upcoming APCC NPCC Partnership Summit, taking place on the 18th and 19th of November 2025 at the QEII Conference Centre, Westminster, London. This annual Partnership Summit is the most prestigious event in the policing calendar, bringing together senior leaders, politicians, experts, and decision-makers to discuss and shape solutions to some of the most complex issues in law enforcement.

Opportunities available
We are pleased to offer tailored sponsorship opportunities designed to suit a variety of goals and budgets. Expressions of interest for sponsorship and exhibition space of the 2025 event have now closed, however interested parties are welcome to register their interest for 2026. We are seeking expressions of interest from organisations and individuals interested in:

• Headline Sponsor: Our premier sponsorship tier, offers the highest level of visibility and branding opportunities, including keynote mentions, logo placement across event materials, a speaking opportunity as part of a plenary panel and more.  Please note, a formal submission for this position will be required following initial expressions of interest.
• Drinks and Dinner Sponsor: Position your brand at the heart of our social evening with exclusive branding opportunities during the networking drinks and dinner event and a speaking opportunity during the dinner.
• Lunchtime sponsor: Branding opportunity in lunchtime area and opportunity to play 2-minute company video in the main Summit room during the event (strictly subject to prior approval).
• Breakout Session Sponsors: Gain visibility in specific breakout sessions by having your brand associated with a focused discussions and presentation during a particular session.
• Branding of Interactive Audience Engagement Tool
• Exhibitor opportunities: Showcase your products or services in the main exhibition and catering space.

Due Diligence and Cross-Checks
Please note that all expressions of interest will be subject to:

1. A due diligence review - to ensure alignment with the values and goals of Association of Police and Crime Commissioners and the National Police Chiefs’ Council.
2. A cross-check against The Police Industry Charter - while it is not mandatory for exhibitors or sponsors to be listed on the charter, inclusion would be considered an asset. For those not currently listed, we encourage exploring this as part of a broader commitment to best practices within the industry.
