Policing must continue to deliver for local communities today whilst modernising for the future. Demand continues to rise, threats are becoming more complex, public expectations are increasing, and resources remain stretched. Police Reform presents a significant opportunity to address many of today's challenges and build a policing system that is fit for the future.
